Piero Giuliacci studied with the renowned vocal teachers Romano Piemontese, Liliana Pacinotti, Maria Noè, Maria Zuniga. Later he studied by Maestro Giuseppe Morelli, Walter Cataldi Tassoni and Rolando Nicolosi.
He made his debut in 1992 singing the role of Pinkerton in Giacomo Puccini's world-famous opera Madama Butterfly in Rieti with great succes and was immediately engaged at the most important opera houses and festivals in Italy like Rome Opera (Teatro dell'Opera), Arena di Verona, La Fenice of Venice, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Massimo di Palermo, opera house Giuseppe Verdi of Salerno, Teatro alla Scala of Milan, Puccini Festival Torre del Lago, and outside Italy Guangzhou Opera House, Daegu Opera House, Seoul Art Center, Palm Beach Opera, Wiener Staatsoper, Gran Teatre de Barcelona, New National Theater Tokyo, Municipal Theater of Santiago, Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, Copenhagen Opera House, Arenes d'Avanches, Teatre Principal de Mallorca.
