Italian born soprano Eva Reggiani was born in Montecchio Emilia, Italy, and resides today in Reggio Emilia. She has a BA and MA in Law from the University of Parma where she graduated cum laude. She began her musical studies in 2003 and studied with Maestro Mauro Trombetta, Maria Hanna Reimer, and Maestro Giovanna Vighi. She has appeared in Staatstheater Schwerin, Teatro Valli in Reggio Emilia, Filharmonia Pomorska of Bydogoszcz in Poland. Teatro Comunale of Imperia, Teatro Massimo of Pescara. Staatstheater Bozen, Teatro Picini of Bari, Teatro Politeama Lecce, Teatro Alfieri of Asti.

2003 : maturità classica (A-levels, 100/100) at Liceo Classico “L. Ariosto” di Reggio Emilia (secondary school focusing on humanities);
2005: won a scholarship of University of Parma to attend a 4-week-program of English at Cardiff University (UK);
2006 : BA in Law (110/110 cum laude) at Univeristy of Parma;
2007: won a Socrates-Erasmus scholarship at Istituto of Alta Formazione Musicale “A. Peri” of Reggio Emilia to study for three months at the Musical Academy “F. Novowieskij” of Bydgoszcz (Poland), under the guidance of soprano Maria Hanna Rejmer;
2008: diploma of Singing at Istituto of Alta Formazione Musicale “A. Peri” of Reggio Emilia, under the guidance of M° Mauro Trombetta;
2008: MA in Law at University of Parma (110/110 cum laude);
since 2008: she is studying with the mezzosoprano M° Giovanna Vighi;
2004: she sang in Schwerin (Germany) during the Festival “Verfemte Muzik – Ostracized Music”;
2006: she sang in concert at Teatro Valli of Reggio Emilia, together with the flautist Andrea Girminelli, with the Banda of the State Policemen under the guidance of M° Maurizio Billi;
2007: she sang at Filharmonia Pomorska of Bydgoszcz (Poland) Haydn’s “Stabat Mater” with the conductor M° Zygmunt Rychert. In June of the same year she made her debut as Lauretta in Puccini’s “Gianni Schicchi” at Teatro Comunale of Imperia. In July she took part in the masterclass on “La Traviata” by G. Verdi held by M° Mauro Trombetta and M° Donato Renzetti at the Music Academy of Pescara; then, she made her debut as Flora Bervoix at Teatro Massimo of Pescara.
2007/2008 (saison): she sang the role of Eva in Lehàr’s “Eva” with the Operetta Company of Corrado Abbati, singing this role in some of the most important Italian theaters, such as Staadtheater of Bozen, Teatro Piccinni of Bari, Teatro Politeama of Lecce andTeatro Alfieri of Asti;
2008: tour of concerts in Switzerland (Bellinzona, Ginevra). In April she sang as soprano I in the Italian Youth Choir with the conductor M° Stojan Kuret and, in the month of May, she took part, as soprano solo, in the first performance of the mottetto “Salve, Regina” for soprano and basso solo, choir and orchestra of Massimo Iamone, winner of the competition “Composition on Salve Regina, year 2007.
2009: in April she took part in the International Voice Competition of Pergine Spettacolo Aperto in Trento (Italy), where she won a scholarship to participate to the Laboratoire on “La Bohème” by G. Puccini under the guidance of M° Daniele Agiman and Orchestra Sinfonica “G. Rossini” of Pesaro.
