Christian Deliso, conductor
Italian conductor, Christian Deliso was born in Naples. He studied piano composition and conducting in Naples Conservatory ''San Pietro a Majella.
In 2003 he studied at the Chigiana Academy in Siena, where he laureated as a conductor with maestro Gianluigi Gelmetti.
Since 2004/2005 he studied in Pescara Music Academy with Donato Renzetti (Opera) and Gilberto Serembe (Symphonic).
Since 2005 Christian Deliso was the personal assistant of such famed conductors likeM° Antonino Fogliani, Balacs Kocsar, Corrado Rovaris , Daniel Oren, and made with them many productions like: Cavalleria Rusticana (Mascagni), Gianni Schicchi (Puccini), Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti), Rigoletto (Verdi), Socrate Immaginario (Paisiello), La scala di seta (Rossini), Don Carlo (Verdi), Li puntigli delle donne (Spontini) collaborando con i seguenti teatri: San Carlo di Napoli, Comunale di Bologna, Pergolesi di Jesi (AN), Festival Rossiniano in Bad Wildbad, Teatro alla Scala of Milan; Operà Royale de Wallonie (Liegi), Festival Pergolesi-Spontini 2008 di Jesi (AN), Adriana Lecouvreur, teatro san Carlo di Napoli.

In 2009 he started his career conducting the orchestra Philharmonic of St. Petersburg in Shostakovich Hall, during Obraztsova International Competition, open gala.
In March 2011 he made his debut in Majestic Theatre of Boston with Traviata.
In August 2011 followed performances of La Traviata in Calabria Opera Festival and Carmen in Anfiteatro Falcone-Borsellino during the Etna Festival di Zafferana (CT)
In October 2011 he conducted the Symphonic Orchestra of Antalya in Turkey on the 47° Antalya’s Cinema festival
In November 2011followed more performances of Giuseppe Verdi’s La Traviata at the Teatro Gentile di Fabriano.
In May 2012 he conducted the EBB Symphony Orchestra of Eskisehir in Turkey
July 2012 conducted Konstantin Orchestra of St Petersburg closing concert of the XX St Petersburg Palace Festival. Program: first Russian execution of Stabat Mater by Scarlatti and Clarinet concert with Giampiero Sobrino as soloist.
June 2013 conducted maestro Michele Campanella in K488 piano concert by Mozart during XI St Petersburg Palace Festival.
In April 2014 Easter Festival in San Petersburg and Novgorod, oboe concert Alexei Golovin as a soloist, and violin concert Maria Safariants as soloist.
In July 2014 at the Bellagio Festival, Orchestra Pomeriggi Musicali di Milano.
In October 2014 in Finland he conducted the Lappeenranta Symphony Orchestra presenting Tchaikovsky’s Rocco Variation with the Finish soloist Lauri Kankunnen.
In November 2014 he conducted the Requiem by Cherubini at the Hungary Szeged Opera House.
In June 2015 at the Festival Palace in St Petersburg, Schumann Piano Concerto in A minor, starring the Russian pianist Polina Ostenskaja
In July 2015 he conducted La Cambiale di Matrimonio by Rossini at the Bellagio Festival and in March 2016 the Amadeus Magazine published his first CD “Requiem Cherubini, and Trauer Sinfonie Haydn”
He is the principal guest conductor of the Orchester D’archi at Teatro San Carlo and artistic consultant at the St Moritz Opera Festival.
